That Rightmove Filter
Senior Creative TechnologistThis project is a great example of internal experimentation leading to brilliant work for clients. Off the back of Phantom's previous viral face swap experiences Rightmove got in touch and wanted something similar for one of their biggest social campaigns to date. So after hours of experimenting with various image gen models, from Flux Schnell and SD 3.5 to midjourney we landed on an aesthetic that we felt gave something fun and ridiculous but also grounded in reality. ...
Zendesk - 15 Years Anniversary
Frontend DeveloperFor Zendesk’s 15th anniversary Phantom built them a fun, interactive experience inspired by collectible baseball cards. The idea was for each key milestone of Zendesks to be represented in the form of digital trading card that users could collect. We also were lucky enough to win a Lovie award for the project. ...

Johnnie Walker - Blend of Artistry
Lead Frontend DeveloperThis was the first-ever AI-powered whisky personalisation experience where users could co-create designs for products bespoke to them and their passions. In collaboration with artist Scott Naismith, we fine-tuned the AWS Titan image generation model with hundreds of examples of Scott’s work. This model was then used to generate custom bottle designs infused with both the users unique preferences and Scotts artistic style. The designs were then illustrated in vivid detail on a custom-made 3D model, to be printed right there in-store. All bottles quickly sold out, leading to a 113% year-on-year sales uplift for Johnnie Walker Blue Label....
Ghosts of Xmas Cards
Lead DeveloperThis was an AI festive face swap generator that was as fun to make as it was to use. After building the initial prototype in 24 hours in a hackathon I’d organised we went on to develop it further and release it to the world just 5 days before xmas. By the time the big day rolled around we’d hit 2.4 million visits from over 500k users receiving shares from the likes of E.L.James, Greg James, Goldie and Marcus Butler. ...

London Fashion Week 2020
Lead Frontend DeveloperIn 2020, due to Covid-19 London Fashion Week went digital and the agency I was at at the time was tasked with making that possible. We decided to build a browser-based platform where designers could showcase their styles and stories online using a variety of video, audio and image content. I lead the front end development for this project and so wanted to put together a tech stack that was fully optimised for performance, SEO and future proof as this was going to be code that would be built upon over the next several years....
Diageo - Podium
Lead DeveloperThis was a Generative AI tool to help teams internally at Diageo with their creative ideation and concepting. After completing the first step of adding your brief (demographic, campaign, brand etc.), you were then presented with 3 generated campaign ideas of which you could select one. After selecting your chosen idea you were taken to a node based interface where you could build on that idea generating both visual and textual extensions to the initial idea allowing the user to branch off in as many or as little directions as they want. Each branch was contextually separate to every other branch allowing you to maintain multiple threads of creative exploration in one interface....
